Athletic Development

Expert level training from Doctor’s of Physical Therapy to help you reach your athletic goals. Whether it is getting a Division 1 Scholarship or looking to take the leap from JV to Varsity, The Athlete’s Edge training programs are tailored to your unique needs as an athlete.


Weekly group sessions performed in an open gym environment with each athlete following their own program, tailored to their individual needs, coached by Doctors of Physical Therapy. We Help athletes develop the tools they need to perform at their best-now and in the future.


Sessions:

  • Monday Through Friday from 2:30 to 5:15pm
  • Saturday 7-9am
  • Sunday, 11am-12:30pm
